The ABC Cancer Support Group provides a welcoming space for anyone affected by cancer, whether undergoing treatment, in recovery, or supporting a loved one. Hosted by Chesterfield FC Community Trust, the group meets monthly, offering connection, comfort, and conversation in a relaxed setting.
Sessions are held in the SBK Lounge at the SMH Group Stadium. They include refreshments, cakes, and a guest speaker. Speakers range from Trust staff and local support services to small business representatives, offering helpful advice and uplifting stories.

Why It Matters
Being surrounded by people who understand what you’re going through can be incredibly powerful. Many attendees say they feel a real sense of belonging and relief from knowing they are not alone. The group is not only a place for support but also a chance to make new friends and learn about other local services available to help.
