Women’s Walking Football is a friendly and inclusive way for women aged 40 and over to stay active, social, and connected.
The venue changes between summer and winter, but the welcoming atmosphere remains the same, supportive, relaxed and full of fun. Whether you are returning to football or trying it for the first time, it’s all about enjoyment and staying active at your own pace.

What to Expect
Sessions are light-hearted, social, and suitable for all fitness levels. The game is played at walking pace with no running or physical contact, making it a safe and low-impact way to enjoy football.
Each session includes a gentle warm-up, small-sided matches, and time to chat and unwind with other players. The focus is on fun, fitness, and friendship, rather than competition.
