Erin & Megan

Erin and Megan’s project highlights the enthusiasm and creativity of young people when given the opportunity to contribute to their community.

During the summer, the students dedicated their time to learning about the Trust’s work and creating a brochure to showcase its impact. Through research, meetings, and collaboration, they developed a deeper understanding of the range of programmes and services available.

The project required commitment and effort, but the outcome was a valuable resource that has helped raise awareness of the Trust’s activities.

Their work was recognised at both local and regional levels, leading to a place in the national finals. This achievement reflects not only their hard work but also the importance of engaging young people in meaningful projects.

Their story demonstrates how opportunities for involvement can inspire confidence, develop skills, and create a sense of achievement.
