Live Well is focused on helping people across our community live happier, healthier lives. We support wellbeing in its widest sense – physical activity, mental health, friendship, confidence, lifestyle choices, and social connection.

From walking football and knitting groups to stop-smoking programmes and disability sports, our inclusive approach means everyone is welcome, regardless of ability, age, or background. Whether you want to get active, find support, or connect with others, there’s something for you in Live Well.

We work with health partners, social prescribers, and the voluntary sector to ensure our activities respond to real community needs and deliver lasting impact.
