The Trust’s staff members recently took part in a ‘Whole Squad Day,’ which encouraged teamwork and bonding within the team.
The day involved a treasure hunt around Bakewell, followed by a barbecue back at the HUB.
Head of community Jayne Bacon gave her thoughts on the day, explaining: “The Whole Squad Day is a chance to reflect together on the year past and share our priorities for the coming year.
“We took part in a brilliant treasure hunt through beautiful Bakewell. It was a great day together, team building and appreciating the hard work from the amazing staff at CFCCT.”
